By using Coolye, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or misuse another person's account.

Your inputs belong to you. Agent responses may be used by you, but AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed and verified by you.

You may not use Coolye for illegal activity, attacks, security bypassing, bulk abuse, harassment, or generating/distributing harmful content.

Coolye is provided as is. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, illegal activity, or security risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coolye is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
